Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the rug, we will issue you either a refund (excluding our postage costs) or a different item in exchange.Please note we can not refund your postage or our postage costs, they are to be born by the buyer.

You should return it to us using any courier service. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number.
